1 Introduction
Welcome to Dada Bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and Dada Bet ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our") in connection with your use of the betting and gaming services available at dadabet.app and any associated mobile platforms operated under the Dada Bet brand.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Dada Bet, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, and other sports), online casino games, live dealer games, poker, ludo and any promotions or bonus programmes offered from time to time.
By registering an account on Dada Bet, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Dada Bet platform.
Important: These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be clear and understandable. If any section is unclear, please contact our support team at support@dadabet.app before proceeding with registration or play.
2 Eligibility & Age Verification
To register and use Dada Bet, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Dada Bet does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager or receive winnings under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform from a location where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity or third party when placing bets or using casino games.
- You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of Dada Bet or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
Dada Bet reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Until such documents are provided and verified to our satisfaction, we may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, or certain games. Players who cannot verify their age will have their accounts closed and any deposited funds will be returned, minus any bonus amounts already used.
Age verification documents accepted: CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), SNIC (Smart National Identity Card), valid Pakistani passport, or B-Form for players aged 18 who do not yet hold a CNIC.
3 Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on Dada Bet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
When registering your Dada Bet account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Pakistan, mobile phone number and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and notify Dada Bet immediately if any details change.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Dada Bet will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify our support team. Dada Bet is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Account registration is free and there are no charges for opening an account on Dada Bet.
- Accounts must be used by the account holder only — sharing access with another person is not permitted.
- Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding balances will be withdrawn to the verified payment method on file.
- Dada Bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on Dada Bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — you deposit PKR, you play with PKR, and you withdraw PKR.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Dada Bet does not charge any fees on deposits. Deposits are credited to your Dada Bet wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within standard processing windows for IBFT and card transactions. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes. IBFT withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one business day. Dada Bet does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts up to Rs 50,000 per transaction.
Withdrawal condition: Before making your first withdrawal, Dada Bet requires identity verification. This is a one-time process — once your identity is verified, future withdrawals process without additional document requests unless we have specific reason to request further verification.
Dada Bet applies anti-money laundering (AML) checks to all accounts. We may request source-of-funds documentation on accounts with high transaction volumes or unusual patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in account suspension and a review of all pending transactions.
Funds deposited into your Dada Bet account may only be withdrawn to payment methods in your own name. Third-party withdrawals — to another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account — are strictly prohibited.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
Dada Bet offers various promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament satellites. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time each offer is active.
The following general rules apply to all Dada Bet bonuses unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your wallet. Real money funds are used first when you place bets, followed by bonus funds once real money balance reaches zero.
- Only one bonus may be active at any time per account. Claiming a second bonus before completing the first will forfeit the first bonus and any wagering progress on it.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited time from the date of claiming. Unused bonus funds and wagering progress expire at the end of the validity window.
- Dada Bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus, or void bets placed with bonus funds, if we determine that the bonus was claimed or used in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in any way that violates these Terms.
- Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over a defined period and credited within 48 hours of the calculation date. Cashback is credited as bonus funds with standard wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
Bonus abuse: Dada Bet monitors all bonus activity. Where we identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements — we reserve the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, and suspend the account pending review.
6 Sports Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on Dada Bet, including cricket, football and any other sport listed on the platform. Specific sport rules are available within each sport's section of the platform.
Bet acceptance: Dada Bet reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are accepted only when you receive a confirmed bet reference number. Bets displayed in your bet history with a confirmed reference are binding on both parties.
Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet across all sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Dada Bet reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
- All bets stand regardless of match start time adjustments of up to 12 hours, unless a specific rule for that sport or competition states otherwise.
- In-play bets are accepted at the live odds at the moment of acceptance — not at the odds shown before submission. There may be a brief delay between submission and acceptance during live play.
- If a match or event is abandoned before reaching the completion threshold defined for that sport, bets on that event are void and stakes are returned to your wallet.
- Accumulator bets containing a void selection will have that selection treated as a single bet at odds of 1.00, and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.
- Palpable errors — meaning obvious pricing errors in odds — may be corrected by Dada Bet after bet placement. In such cases, the corrected odds apply or the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
7 Online Casino and Live Games
Dada Bet's casino section offers certified RNG (Random Number Generator) games and live dealer games. All RNG software used in Dada Bet's casino is independently certified to ensure fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are displayed within the game's information panel.
Live dealer games — including live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack — use real physical cards dealt on camera and are not subject to software manipulation. The outcome of each live game hand is determined solely by physical dealing in the studio environment.
- Casino games are for entertainment. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results — this applies to all RNG and live dealer games.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's built-in rules. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to Dada Bet, the stake will be returned to your wallet.
- Any malfunction of casino game software voids all bets and pays in that game round, regardless of the apparent outcome displayed on screen.
- Progressive jackpot games: jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Dada Bet reserves up to 72 hours to verify a jackpot win before crediting the amount to the player's account.
8 Poker Room Rules
Dada Bet's poker room operates real money cash tables and tournaments across Texas Hold'em, Pot Limit Omaha Hi-Lo and Short Deck Hold'em. All poker hands are dealt by a server-side RNG certified for fairness.
Rake on cash tables is capped at 3% per pot. Tournament rake is stated as a separate fee displayed in the tournament lobby before registration. Players agree to the applicable rake structure by joining a table or registering for a tournament.
Prohibited poker conduct: Chip dumping, collusion with other players, use of automated playing software or bots, and any other form of soft play or angle shooting are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
- Disconnection policy: if you disconnect during a hand with chips already committed, the hand will complete with you all-in for the amount already bet. This protection applies a maximum of three times per session.
- Tournament payouts are distributed according to the prize structure displayed at tournament registration time. Dada Bet may offer deals between final table players where all remaining players agree via the platform's deal-making tool.
- Poker bonuses and promotions have wagering requirements calculated on rake generated at cash tables, not on bets placed.
9 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Dada Bet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:
- Opening more than one account per person, or assisting another person to access your account or open an account on your behalf.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other method to place bets or play casino games without manual human input.
- Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain credits or winnings not legitimately earned.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating the use of stolen or unauthorised financial instruments.
- Attempting to circumvent security controls, geo-restriction measures or account verification requirements.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
- Making statements or taking actions that are abusive, threatening or harassing toward Dada Bet staff, support agents or other players.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
Dada Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine or reasonably suspect that:
- The account has been used in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- The account is being used by a person who is under 18 years of age.
- There is evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or any other prohibited activity.
- The account holder has requested self-exclusion under Dada Bet's Responsible Gaming policy.
When an account is suspended pending investigation, Dada Bet will retain any funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. If no breach is found, funds will be released promptly. If a breach is confirmed, Dada Bet may forfeit part or all of the account balance in proportion to the identified breach.
Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support@dadabet.app. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours, and remaining wallet balances (excluding bonus funds) are returned to the verified withdrawal method on file.
11 Privacy and Data Protection
Dada Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. Dada Bet does not sell personal data to third parties and does not share data with third parties except where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
All personal and financial data on the Dada Bet platform is transmitted using industry-standard SSL encryption. Payment credentials are processed by certified payment processors and are not stored on Dada Bet's servers.
12 Responsible Gaming
Dada Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting and gaming should be an entertaining activity, not a source of financial stress or harm. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control, and we encourage all players to use them.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to every Dada Bet account holder, free of charge and accessible at any time through account settings or by contacting support:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate.
- Bet limits: Restrict the maximum stake per bet across sports or casino products.
- Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play.
- Cool-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cool-off, no deposits or bets can be placed.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from Dada Bet for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

13 Intellectual Property
All content on the Dada Bet platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, images, user interface design, betting odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Dada Bet or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Dada Bet platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Dada Bet platform without prior written permission.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dada Bet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Dada Bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other economic loss, even if Dada Bet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Dada Bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or completely secure. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
15 Amendments to These Terms
Dada Bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — Dada Bet will notify registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform at log-in.
Your continued use of the Dada Bet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new Terms take effect. The effective date of any amendment will be stated in the notification.
